Automated New Computer Onboarding Instructions

  1. Submit a ticket to support@neuroncomputers.com informing us on who will use it
  2. Unbox your new computer
  3. Plug in all peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitor)
  4. Bring it in range of company WiFi or plug into Ethernet
  5. Plug in the Neuron New Computer Setup USB Stick in any USB port
  6. Power on your new computer
  7. We’ll be notified when the computer is online in our systems
  8. Sit back and relax (can take an hour or longer for initial setup to complete)
