I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his team. They are extremely responsive and competent. There rarely is an IT related problem because their server in the cloud system is very reliable. But if there is a problem, they are on top of it right away. There are enough sources of stress running your own business. If you have Kevin in charge of your IT support, at least you will have no stress from computer or IT issues. As for the cost, Kevin’s services cost a lot less when compared to others, especially when compared to the large computer services companies. When considering costs, make sure to compare apples to apples. For example, my server in the cloud includes daily off-site backup. Most other companies charge extra for this. I have used Neuron Computer Services for all of my IT needs for about the past 8 years. Most recently, Kevin and his team set up a “server in the cloud” for my small business and for my 15 employees. I give Neuron computer services the absolute highest of recommendations!
